GreenLight Coding and authorized representatives of GreenLight Coding (GLC) sets forth these Terms of Service to you or the business or entity you represent (the client). Purchasing or otherwise contracting or acquiring GLC's services first requires acceptance of these Terms of Service.

GLC will provide services as described on our Services page. Services may be denied or canceled at any time at GLC's discretion. Services may be altered to fit the client's specifications at GLC's discretion. Payment is due before providing services for the client unless otherwise stated by GLC.

GLC and affiliates are not liable for clients' improper or unlawful sharing of materials, including protected materials, data, and IPs. GLC agrees to safely store and secure materials without distributing or sharing such materials after receiving such materials from the client or creating such materials for the client. By paying for or otherwise receiving GLC's services, the client acknowledges that any materials provided to GLC for use or materials requested by the client are lawfully owned, licensed, or acquired for use in GLC's services. By paying for or otherwise receiving GLC's services, the client agrees to waive any right to public dispute or legal action against GLC. All issues and disputes will be settled in private binding arbitration at GLC's direction.
